To help us maintain our handcrafted production standards, we have established the following policy for cancellations and returns:

Order Cancellations/Returns

  • The 24-Hour Grace Period: You have a 24-hour window from the moment your order is placed to cancel for a full refund to your original payment method.


  • After 24 Hours: Once our team has begun preparing your order, any cancellation request received after the initial 24-hour window is subject to a 10% processing fee.

 

 

Returns & Restocking: If your order has already shipped and you wish to return your piece, the following terms apply:

  • Processing & Restocking: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note that these fees do not stack; any order canceled after 24 hours or returned after delivery is simply subject to a flat 10% fee.

 

  • Return Shipping: To keep our handcrafted collection accessible, we kindly ask that customers cover the cost of the return shipping label.

 

Received a Damaged or Defective Item?
If your piece arrived with any issue, we’re here to make it right. Simply send us clear photo or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund — including shipping costs.

⚠️ Please note: Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive altered, intentionally damaged, or improperly packaged for return. This ensures a fair and respectful experience for all our customers.
